RETURN POLICY

You may return * most products (FREIGHT PRE-PAID), to Vacationgadgets.com for a refund ** minus the shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the item. NO RETURNS are accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Every return must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) written in large, visible letters on the outside of the package. Products received without an RA number will be refused and the product returned to the customer. RA's cannot be issued on items delivered more than 29 days prior to the request, and to receive the refund, the item must be received by VacationGadgets.com within 30 days of delivery. Call 856-727-0808 to request a Return Authorization (RA).

**To receive your refund, the item must contain all parts, documents, manuals and be packed properly in its original carton or container. The item must be received clean and in good working order. Products that have been installed, tested or used cannot be returned.

At our discretion, products that do not meet the above conditions may be accepted as a return with a 25% of purchase price restocking fee.

Many items have manufactures warranties. Please contact the manufacturer for any problems or defects. VacationGadgets.com is not the manufacturer.

Freight charges to return an item are the purchaser's responsibility.

Any item refused, will incur freight charges for the returned shipping cost plus the 25% restocking fee.

Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser, and only in the form of a credit issued to the credit card originally used to make the purchase.

(Any items shipped out of the 48 contiguous states.)
